Refund Policy

Refund Policy is only going to provide a refund when :

  • We fail to deliver your order for any reason
  • We deliver something different than the service you ordered
  • We dont reply to your messages after 48 hours.

Have in mind these 2 things.

First Soundcloud may do some updates from time to time (like the beta Soundcloud) so when something like this happens its out of our hand to know when the update is over so we require more time to deliver your order then.

Secondly this is a digital delivered product and Paypal doesnt offer buyer and seller protection so if you want to ask a refund for a service that is not delivered please keep proof of it or we cant continue with the refund process.
